Joey Laughridge is a native of western North Carolina. He grew up at the foot of Mt. Mitchell, and has always had a deep respect and admiration for this special part of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Joey has an extensive background in both golf and club management in gated communities. His experience includes 11 years as General Manager and Vice President of Real Estate Sales at Bear Lake Reserve. There he developed a passion for working with people and providing excellent customer service. He joined Team Billy Harris in 2017. He enjoys understanding the needs of clients and finding a home or homesite that matches those desires. Whether it’s taking a family on a hike or tour of local attractions, he is known for making an extra effort for his clients to truly experience the area in which they are buying.

When he is not focused on his work, Joey is happiest spending time with his family in and around beautiful Brevard, enjoying live music, or unwinding on the golf course or basketball court.
